In the video below, I’ll show you the step-by-step process to make your own DIY parallettes (mini parallel bars / push-up handles) using standard DN32 (1¼″) PVC pipe (42.4 mm OD, 32 mm ID) and common PVC fittings.
Materials List:
- 1 × DN32 (1¼″) PVC pipe (38" long)
- 4 × DN32 PVC elbow joints
- 4 × DN32 PVC tee fittings
- 8 × DN32 PVC end caps Duct Tape or PVC cement (optional)
Tools:
- Serrated knife or fine-tooth saw
