Product Warranty

Items you purchase from the Kewlus store come with a 2 months replacement warranty. If your purchased product is faulty in any way you can request a replacement of the faulty component. If any of the components break after the warranty period, such as the Kewlus spring, you can request a replacement of that component at 50% discount. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Please consider your purchase carefully as I do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty or defective.
