Prime (KS3) Pro Core Kit

The Prime Pro Core kit, just like the O₃ combines the top end of the most advanced modular components to give you the most advanced setup but with the option to use your own custom platform and save money. This kit features the world's most advanced Prime (KS3) Spring, the Stainless Steel Mast, 2 Click Bars and a Red Bar, giving you the performance, reliability and versatility sought by professional boxers without the extra cost of a base.

What's Included:

• The Prime (KS3) Spring: Third generation spring made from the unique formulation of metals for the ultimate performance and longevity. No other spring comes even close.
• Prime Target: Durable genuine leather ball designed for ultimate performance and durability. It's the perfect balance between speed and power.
• Target Adapter: Extendable length for increased reach, designed and engineered to allow flexibility at the rim for cupping the ball while maintaining top section rigidity and rebound speed. The adapter and Kewlus balls have been designed in unison to fit perfectly together for optimum performance.
• Red Bar: Used in the top section to for increased speed, the Red Bar has a slight level of flexibility, adding to the overall rebound performance of the Kewlus.
• 2 Click Bars: Rust-free aluminium bar used in the bottom section (below the spring) for overall height adjustment. The second Click Bar is optional and can be used in the top section (replacing the Red Bar) to increase the range of movement and target weight.
• Stainless Steel Mast: Made for the ultimate strength and reliability, the SS Mast is suitable for public gyms and extremely heavy use of the Kewlus.
• Base Connector: Made from composite fibre for the ultimate strength and rigidity.
• Pair of Sandbags: Designed for stability when filled with sand (tip: use a garbage bag as a liner). These will also act as a support for the optional Olympic weight plates, absorbing shock and improving performance.
• Olympic Weight Plate Sleeve: Add extra rigidity to your base for even better performance with one or two weight plates on top of the sandbags. The Sleeve slides onto the Mast and your weight plate slides onto the Sleeve.

Height Range:

The recommended way to set this kit up is to make a solid DIY base by gluing a number of MDF boards together. This not only gives you the advantage of mobility by allowing you to add castor wheels at some stage, but it also adds 5 inches of height (based on a 5-inch tall DIY base).

Without a base, the height range of the cobra bag is roughly 4'8" (143 cm) to 5'7" (171 cm) from the floor to the top of the bag when using the second Click Bar in the top section. This can be increased to suit taller fighters with a tall DIY base by gluing together multiple boards to make up extra height.

With a 5-inch tall DIY base, the height range would be 5'1" (155 cm) to 6'0" (183 cm) from the floor to the top of the bag when using the second Click Bar in the top section.

Convertible to a Short Form

The Kewlus is convertible to a short form for children or for suspending it upside down. This is a unique capability that is only possible with the modular Kewlus system. With the Kewlus it's super quick and easy to set it up for your child. Just plug the Prime (KS3) spring directly into the Base Connector and tighten the steel clamp. With Kewlus you can get your children learning hand-eye coordination and boxing skills as early as you would like them to.

This ability to transform the cobra bag to a short form also allows it to be suspended upside down from an overhead structure such as a support beam. You can then adjust the length by either using the Click Bar for extra length or the Red Bar for shorter length.

Correct Assembly:

Assembly for the Prime Core Kit is identical to the O3 kit assembly, but instead of attaching the Standard Base Connector to the OctaBase, you will be screwing it down to your own platform.
