This is a 3-round cobra bag training session will focus on basic combinations. The key here is to maintain rhythm and momentum by continually throwing jabs in between the combinations. The jabs will allow you to gauge distance and deliver your combos more accurately.
Start punching lightly at first and build up the power in your punches as you become more confident with the combinations. Eventually you'll develop muscle memory so it will simply come naturally.
