Product Warranty

Items purchased from the Kewlus store come with a 2-month manufacturing fault replacement warranty. If a component or product is faulty in any way, you can request a replacement of the faulty component.

Important: please follow the assembly instructions when assembling kits. Failure to assemble your kit correctly will void your warranty and can result in damage during use.

Lifetime Discount Warranty

If any of the components break after the warranty period, such as the Kewlus spring, you can request a discount code for 50% off the retail price for that component. That's for life!

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.

Refunds

Please consider your purchase carefully. Refunds are only issued where a product is confirmed to be faulty or defective.
