Free Sound-Activated Punch Tracker | Coach

1 May 2026

  • Added a live Punch Speedometer and changed everything to track Punches Per Second (PPS) rather than Punches Per Minute (PPM). I also added a MAX PPS for each round so you can later check to see your maximum bursts of speed with various combinations during each round. It's a lot more fun now! What MAX PPS are you capable off?

28 Apr 2026

  • Redesigned the look and feel for easier Round/Time/Rest selection.

24 Apr 2026

  • Added an early first round pace check designed to give you an idea of how you're doing relative to the Level set in Settings. Coach will let you know you if your starting pace is at the right level or if you need to lift it.

  • Added some personality to Coach 😂.

7 Apr 2026

  • Added mid-round voice cues to help you pick up the pace when you slow down.

5 Apr 2026

  • Added end-of-round countdown so you know to go hard in the last 10 seconds of each round.
  • Added 4-minute rounds and 3-minute rest intervals to support longer conditioning and mixed-intensity training.

1 Apr 2026

  • Added spoken announcements for the next round so you stay ready.
  • Improved the share button to make saving and sharing results easier.
  • Refined PPM target ranges to better match realistic training levels. Pro Boxer level is now very challenging - I dare you to try it!

What it does

The Kewlus Coach listens to your punches through your phone’s microphone, counts each strike in real time, tracks your pace, and guides your session with audio cues. At the end, you get a detailed score card showing punch totals, pace, and session performance.

1

Set up your rounds

Choose the number of rounds, round length, and rest time to match your training session.

2

Enable the microphone

Allow microphone access so your punches can be detected and counted accurately.

3

Train and track your output

Follow the round cues, hear the bells, and push your pace while every punch is counted automatically.

4

Review your results

See your total punches, average pace, session summary, and any Combo Flurry rewards you earned.

Get the best results

For best results, open Settings and choose a level that challenges you. Train in a quiet space so punches register clearly, and fine-tune the microphone sensitivity to match your training environment.
